The Mrs' place of business is looking at doing that. They own a fairly large building in downtown Cleveland and sent the majority of people home last spring to work. They are seeing that it's working and the space isn't necessary. Not sure how many are in the market for a large office building right now thoughI don’t know why a lot of places are even bringing people back. If you are getting the same productivity, I’d save the money of the physical space and cut the space to a level where people can rotate in and out as necessary. Especially for large employers.
