Speaking of vaccinations, if anyone is getting the J&J shot and wants to know what it was like, lemme know.
There seems to be a ton of info on people's experience with the other two shots, but not the J&J.

My bro got the JnJ day before yesterday and said it kicked his ass. Didn't sleep at all that night, (said all his muscles felt like they were in a vice) and was sick af the next day. Feeling a little better today tho apparently?:noidea:

Based on anecdotal evidence only from people I know personally. Nobody I know that's had the J&J (only 4) had any side effects other than a sore arm, same with Pfizer (20+ people), and about 2/3s of the Moderna folks (at least 30) have had moderate flu like symptoms (including me) but nothing that lasted longer than 24 hours.... mine might have been heroin withdrawal though.

Beyond feeling like I had a moderate hangover the day after I got the shot, the only things noteworthy were that I was out by about 9pm the day I got the shot (and I'm usually up very late), and I woke up a few times in the middle of the night to pee (I always wake up to pee in the middle of the night), but could not drag my ass out of bed to get to the bathroom. That was the only thing that really bothered me. It was just fuckin' weird ... like I'd been seriously fuckin' sedated, or something. I know one other person who got it, and they said they slept a lot, too.

tl;dr - @moxie may have been onto something in her post.

Which vaccine? I got Moderna today and now need to get my ass ready to have a non-alcohol hangover.
