Shortage on wood also.....the price is insane.

I live in one of the towns that doesn't pay the RITA bullshit so far. The house I'm selling was in a RITA that is looking to get away from it so they can keep residents in the town longer.
 
Woke up yesterday morning and it was freaking snowing!!!!!!!! damn this to hell
