The deck is finally done. Turned out good. My buddy and his customer are happy. I'm a little annoyed that my buddy doesn't believe in nail guns, but whatever. I'm gonna get drunk in the air conditioning and listen to music all night.
 
So I was being stalkerish tonight..

Have some friends that purchased a house near Whitney Marcellus and an old Colts player that whose name started with oh hell I forget now but my friend couldn't remember the last name. I figured since I was on the website protesting my property taxes, I would look up his name. Apparently, when you are a superstar. your name doesn't have to be listed on the website......

Is the address and holder? Because plenty of people don't put their own name out there. Their house instead will be owned by a private trust, llc, and such that they are part of. They do it so people can't go on these sites and google their names and find out all their shit (among other reasons too)
 
Property taxes are a fucking racket. Not based on anything but an estimate of the home & property values.

Bullshit. Property taxes should be limited to the price you paid for the property, not its assumed appreciation.
