I'm thanking about finally getting with a builder and having them price me up a little house, but i ain't paying big house prices for little house square footage doe

Thought I read something other day saying lumber prices were coming down ... some places 40%.

Been almost 5. Now, I'm gonna sell it for more than double what I owe, while buying 50 acres of riverfront property at a stupid-low price.

Not very often you can sell high and buy low, but we stumbled onto the perfect scenario. The lot wasn't even listed, but a lil' birdie told us they were contemplating selling, so we made em' an offer. They are old (80's) and not looking to cash out I guess?

Not as nice of a forest, but river access en sech.

wood costs so much i think i would only be able to afford a single cabinet in the whole house.
