Thats what I thought too. On top of the fact the dude is a professional fighter, he should fucking know better, and not bully a dude half his fucking size. Fuck that dude.

Nah, the dude that got KO'd clearly jumps at him indicating a threat, Joe responds first. It isn't like an MMA fight where he may be ready and reading feints.

A professional fighter shouldn't be walking around pushing guys, getting in the face when he could just walk away, or smacking some douche half his size. Most real tough guys don't act like that.

You’re right about the dude stepping to him. There was a slight step up. But it wasn’t a threat to this guy that required that response. Assault.

Another thought….who the fuck is filming this dude, and why? You can’t hear what he’s saying anyway. All of the sudden MMA guy comes walking up? I’m not saying it’s the case, but I could see it being “let’s film it and see if Mr little energy here wants to step up.

"Pushing guys"? He stopped the guy from running into him.
Then he went to walk away.
The guy started talking shit (we all assume since we cannot hear).
So he turns and looks at him.
The guy then jumps as Schilling.
So Schilling hits him before he gets hit.

Being a fighter does not mean you are not allowed to defend yourself. The other dude thought he was tough, he learned that isn't that tough... or smart.

Most real tough guys don't act like that? Like what? Schilling did nothing and instigated nothing. The dude bumped into him, which didn't matter, then talked shit, then jumped at him as if he was going to hit him. Schilling reacted like someone that didn't want to get hit by a total stranger for no reason. It isn't like he jumped on the dude after he fell and kept hitting him or went overboard in any way. He reacted to a guy potentially trying to hit him, then exited the situation once he saw there was no longer a threat.

Being a trained fighter means knowing that the goober at the beginning of the clip was zero threat to anyone except himself and ignoring him is what any "trained fighter" that wasn't an asshole would and should do.

One thing I guess I'm wondering here though...if you can't hear anything and Schilling is turned why do you assume that Schilling said absolutely nothing while assuming that the other guy "talked shit"?

Most pro fighters would catch a lot of shit from other pro fighters for doing shit like this and would be too ashamed and embarrassed to be seen beating up an untrained nobody.

Exactly....would make the trained fighter more impressive because that is usually part of the training to begin with, how to recognize and evaluate threats.

Had to watch this one again to see what happened because it was pretty quick.

Kid that got knocked out fainted the left jab or simply missed with it. Not sure which, whether he intended it as a bluff to set up the straight right he throws next, or he simply didn't step or lean forward enough to make contact.

Whatever the case....the guy who knocks him out throws his right hook over this missed/fainted jab as soon as he misses with it and before he can throw the straight right that never lands either, because he is now knocked out before it lands.

Very quick. That's why they say you must protect yourself at all times. Even when you are on offense....

I'm not going to respond to each of your points. As a PRO fighter, you have a responsibility to respect that you are far and away above the average Joe in combat. You have a duty to not use those skills unless threaten with something you can't walk away from. You are wrong
