Jaylon Smith is overrunning/overcommitting almost all of his plays.
 
Think about this.

Dak was a 4th round pick but the cowboys have all the confidence in the world in just letting him take a traditional 3 step drop and throw the football downfield...

Goff was the number 1 overall pick and McVay got to do all this smoke and mirrors shyt just so he can throw the ball and even then his only downfield pass has been against a rookie corner...
