I feel like my heart rate is elevated since getting poked. According to loldata from my fitness band, my resting HR is consistent with prepoke. But doing lower intensity cardio like rowing/biking at home, my HR is up 10+ beats on average. When doing high intensity shit like running or playing hockey, it's up 20+ beats. Never seen 200 bpm before, but im there consistently now.

Why you do that to me before I have my breakfast?99% of the time I never eat past 10 and my last “meal” is 10 liquid purified egg whites w milk or a protein shake.
My first game back playing hockey after covid, I chalked it up to being unconditioned for hockey at the time or a dehydration issue (so I swapped water out for BCAAs with electrolytes...same issues). Since skating regularly, my heart rate is still elevated and my conditioning is still off. I wasn't a potato through covid like most people, so my body should have been able to reset itself pretty quick to playing again, but it just hasn't.Anecdotal, but interesting nonetheless.
