I wear an Apple Watch daily and have seen no change in my heart rate after vaccination. Resting or active.

two things here:
1. Why is the battery life so shitty? How can you wear it to check sleeping quality if you have to charge it every day?

2. without the vaccine, the heart rate might be closer to zero.
