It’s just another excuse to take the focus off of themselves and project it on others.

Literally anything they can do to pause or stop their own progress. Lazy and afraid to face their own problems.

why should I be ashamed of myself?

I am in good shape and am very active while enjoying many vices in life.

I have nothing to be ashamed of.

and by being honest, you mean shaming them to think that what they are isn't good enough and if they pay you, you will make them beautiful.

As a private PT who works on refers I typically don’t take on liberal clients. Too lazy and they can’t afford me anyways.
