Don't think it makes a difference. Whomever you have service with must use Comcast lines then. I'm sure there is a way to spoof legit IP's as I said earlier. But 99.99% of the people trying to hide their IP's are obvious. Not many are going to spoof a US IP on a common broadband carrier. If they are going to do that they will just get on that network.
