yeah, briefly brought it up the other week, saying i really should refinance, but fuck it. banks gotta make their money too... i'm not doing anything with it.

First season my kid did very little. Ran mostly the C position and played QB because he was good and remembering the play and handing off to the correct side. Made the all star team at try outs and played in a tournament at the HOF in Canton. We lost in the championship. But he met Rod Woodson and his love of football exploded. At 7 he knows more about the history of the NFL than most adults.

Second season our team went 3-3 scoring only 24 TD’s all year. He scored 22 of them. At the time I obviously thought that was amazing and so did he. This routine unfortunately became frustrating for him and myself. After getting booted on the semi finals I decided to take over. We went from averaging 14 points a game to 39. Went 6-0 last season. I’ve got another player who is on the same level. Tournament player. Not sure about the rest of my squad yet.

That's awesome. My dad said he played against Rod Woodson as a freshman. He just annihilated everyone. Not sure how our little school scheduled a much bigger school back then.

Was at a party Saturday night when my neighbor (who I always thought was a smart guy) asked me if he should refinance. Asked him what rate he has and he told me 4.75%!!!???

Turns out he hasn’t done a thing with his loan since he got it 4-5 years ago. When I told him what rate we have on our 30 his jaw dropped. Dude has been throwing money away for years.

Ive watched enough Court Cam to know that sovereign citizen stuff rarely works. One time on cops I saw a dude school a cop so bad with it the cop finally let him walk. Every other time the cop or judge just fucks w them.

i'd just hate to feel like i owe something for 30 years. toughest part about finally buying. did a 15 i'll probably pay off in 10. 105 payments to go, at the moment, so already knocked a couple years off.
