While a lot of people are weighing in about who should get the USC job, ESPN commentator Paul Finebaum has a suggestion of who he thinks is the perfect fit: Penn State head coach James Franklin or Mario Cristobal of Oregon.
@OregonDucks you need to start praying they go after Franklin because Cristobal is in the mix. If Mario bolts then Oregon will officially be a coaching stepping stone and not a destination job.

You goofs. Truly, and I'll be honest here, the only job the ONLY job I would be a little worried about Cristobal leaving us for is Miami. So if this was the Miami job, you may have be a bit worried. But even then, I think he see's what he has built and is building and what more can be built at Oregon that there is no reason for him to leave and restart any other building process at another program.

Not sure why Cristobal would want to leave for USC. Oregon has better facilities, recruits better, and beats USC on the field regularly.

That was Taggart's dream job. Cristobal has zero connections to USC other then taking their recruits.
