you're the one that brought up illegal contact which is not the case when the ball is in the air.

The DB doesn't even initiate contact until the ball is in the air and then he runs through Dotson as he's trying to make a play on the ball. Textbook DPI. They're going to put that in a training video for new officials next year.

2) The ball is nearly on the ground when they barely bump. The DB didn’t run through Dotson at all. The ball was slightly under thrown and Dotson had to stop or he was going to run past the ball. Still the DB didnt run over him. Not textbook DPI at all.

First time I've seen it 100% sober and I think it's a no-call. The DB was looking back and both of them were handsy. If the DB never turned to look at the ball then I would have thrown the flag but in a big game between P5 athletes, you have to let them play there.

Don't care because we got our share of bad calls too so fair is fair.
