If you are going to pan fry, I use vegetable oil for that. Soak chicken in buttermilk. Flour, eggs, flour. Each cut of chicken will be a different time. Wait for the right color on the fry and then test the temp.

I've heard about the buttermilk soak, just never done it. In fact, I rarely make fried chicken anymore because it's too much of a hassle for just the two of us, and you can get a done bird just about anywhere for cheap these days.

This is a pretty easy recipe. You can definitely add spices as you see fit to the coating, but this is one that we do a lot on vacation.

also, mtv, you asked me about a song, if you can flow with it, flow. it seems i listened to this for the last 40 minutes. lost boyz were always nice and this wasnt even like a mix, it just was. such a great group. not much of a dance mix, but for my levels, it brought me back to some times. it's good to maintain balance and know what brings you that balance, if that makes sense. guess it goes back to that there's a time to dance speech nonsense. there's no time like the present enjoy it like as you will. this LB mix is doing it for me right now.

I’m not a huge fan but I think she has a great voice. This is a new song she did with Elton John. Even though it’s repetitive I think her voice was great in it.
