I'm guessing it's a failure of public school education in Minnesota if the expectation of an 8 year old to be able to watch and then learn something is so low.

But in going to Minnesota so often, it's probably not that inaccurate.

He thinks I’m full of shit. If I moved to MN maybe I could make my way onto the Vikings staff if the competition out there is really that low.

I guess maybe I'm weird, but I remember my coaches from when I was playing U10 soccer as an 8 year old (one went on to coach hockey at my high school like 20 years later). I remember a bunch of games, practices, the fields, the opponents. Granted we didn't have film, but I can definitely remember practicing against specific formations, various free kick situations. None of this shit is "unbelievable".

God help if basic human intellect is foreign in Minnesota.
 
Was supposed to be meeting @PnkPanther for lunch today, but Deuce was exposed to Covid at school, so instead it’s testing and waiting for results. If negative, I’m taking the kids to the Science Museum this afternoon. If positive, I guess I’m rearranging my next couple weeks.
 
Have to check with my BIL on my truck to see when we can try to see if we can repair it. Also need to check out my house that S2 had been living in. The realtor in the family has people wanting to buy it. Just want to get everything in order before starting to sell it.

These days people can’t even pay back their college loans. Lots of things are unbelievable to some people.

Yeah, out by my hometown has been bad recently as well. I know a couple people that have had it recently, but they’ve all been previously vaccinated, so nothing more than some mild cases.
