This one positive test will have a major ripple effect on the future of the entire NFL...

If Jordan Love comes in and plays well, the writing is on the wall that this will be Aaron Rodgers last season in Green Bay - and when he moves, the balance of power will shift with him.

If Love holds his own and shows flashes of good things, but clearly isn't ready to lead an NFL franchise yet, then Rodgers might decline to exercise his contract "out" after this year and finish out his contract in GB as he knows Love won't push him out the door in 2 years and he's probably not going to get a better chance to win more rings elsewhere.

If Love shits the bed, that drastically reduces his NFL stock as both the future of the Packers and potential trade value - which could ripple right into the drafting of another touted QB and/or greater QB uncertainty for a franchise that has been more stable at that position than any other franchise for the past 30 years.
