What's happened to your waist line in the last 18 months???

Me??
Lost 8 lbs.

I pretty much stayed the same.

Continue to hover in the 180 to 190 range

I gained about 50 el beas.

And have lost about 35 of it.

Back to original wardrobe via laying off craft beer and not feeling obligated to bring home takeout from mom n pops 5 days a week.

J/K. About the same in weight. Lost a little around my waist due to cutting out carbs but also lost some muscle mass due to shoulder surgery last year. Just now getting back to doing normal pushups. I was doing "girl" pushups for about a year  Doc said once I could consistently do normal pushups, I could get back to weight training.

Weight training means I can fuck fat girlz again

Basically the same. Depends on where it is in marathon season or if it's the proverbial off-season.

The pandemic changed absolutely nothing about my eating, exercise, daily schedule, waistline, etc. The only regular thing that changed temporarily for me was I wasn't able to attend church services in person during the '20 Lenten season.

I stick to a low carb diet and stay away from starchy foods to maintain my weight.

You could have worn a mask.

I would say I’ve gained little to none. But, I did put on a pair of pants for the first time in 19 months the other day and they just were not going work.

They were a little tight 19 months ago, but this was noticeable.

Good thing I really don’t give a fuck….
