Weight Gain/Loss during the Pandemic, be honest

Same.

I have an acreage so I stayed active clearing some brush and other projects.
I don't think my consumption of anything changed throughout.

You could have worn a mask.
The only time I did that throughout the whole pandemic was when I ushered at church between the time church opened back up and the elderly got their covid shots. (once/month)

I lost some at the beginning of the pandemic, but I had been losing weight before the pandemic hit and it was really just a continuation of that effort. I’ve been in a range of about 5 pounds +/- of 170 for the past year and change.

I'm one of the fortunate ones that doesn't gain much weight, even with a lot of snacking. After all these years since I was about 30 years old, I've fluctuated between 170-180 lbs (usually around the 175 lb mark). I don't really "watch my diet" and while I generally do eat decently, I also "snack" a lot, especially while at the computer... and I ain't talking celery & carrot sticks either!! :heh:

Hmmm... I'm now getting hungry! :hungry:

Since February lol

Intermittent fasting + a low calorie keto will make that shit fall off. No extra exercise either. I do walk 10 to 15k steps per day at work though.
That is incredible.
But when do you slow down on it??

I slowed down back in September. I should have been strength training and doing protein supplementation for most of it. I lost a lot of muscle mass and am in that "skinny fat" category now. Im trying to talk myself into getting a gym membership now.

Wow, 10-15k steps while AT work is damn good. Well done

And yes, that intermittent fasting+keto is pretty amazing. I havent done it myself, but I have a co-worker who did it 2+ yrs ago, dude was pretty round-shaped and he dropped over 120 lbs over the course of a yr or so. And as far as exercise is concerned, all he did was walk. I would only see him about once every other week or so, so every time we'd cross paths, I'd be like, "holy hell man, are you smoking crack or something now??" Dude melted fat as fast as I've ever seen someone do it

I gained a few back since then trying to play around with what I can and can't eat, but I'm still around 190 now.

No gain or loss. Continued to exercise most days at the gym, because Mississippi didn’t feel it was necessary to close shop. We were correct.

I’m up probably 10 pounds. But that’s because I used to walk/jog 5k 5 times per week along the beach front, and I don’t anymore.

Has nothing to do with the just-a-flu “pandemic”.

Honestly...I have no clue
