Sorry, it’s weird. As an officially certified PT it’s my job to be honest with people who maybe aren’t always honest w themselves.

You want to exercise (and talk about exercising) but you don’t really want to put any real work in, pizza volleyball, mom bikes now aerobics. Next you’ll be doing laps in the lazy river at the rec center with the 80 year olds.

The lazy guy at the gym. Every gym has a few of you.

If you want a real program that comes with real results let me know. You’ll have to be honest with yourself first. Always the hardest part. Most people can’t do it. You’re deep in denial so I doubt you can muster up the courage to do it either. But if you do I’m here.
 
Since February lol

Intermittent fasting + a low calorie keto will make that shit fall off. No extra exercise either. I do walk 10 to 15k steps per day at work though.
What kind of food is in low cal keto? Da fuq is keto?
