GAME The Game. #2 Ohio State Buckeyes vs #5 TTUN Fox Noon EST

Now this is hilarious. I knew yesterday's W would give you a swelled head. Just because JH finally beat Ohio State that doesn't erase his record vs. all ranked teams, it's still awful. But you've proven multiple times in the past you completely ignore JH's true CFB coaching resume.

Seven years. One conference crown. 1-5 vs. his hated rival. Refused to play Ohio State last year (100% bitch move on his part). And still has a losing bowl record. And I'm not talking any shit at the moment. I'm going by what the numbers say. Something you fully ignore.

But I expect you to ramp up your homeristic nonsense that JH is now an elite CFB coach.
Imagine saying that when your high school coach is 0-1 with his own recruits.

Did you just say Ohio State lost to meeeechegan yesterday with Ryan Day's players? He's only in his third year as coach. So he didn't recruit all the upperclassmen. You're gonna be a laugh riot for the next year. Because you think one win in the last eight years of the rivalry means your team now dominates the rivalry.

Ryan Day right now has more conference crowns, conference titles, bowl appearances, bowl wins and a 1-1 record vs. meeeechegan. Your coach is still 1-5 in the rivalry (and has a 1-5 bowl record). That's the same amount of wins in the rivalry through seven seasons as Jon Cooper.

You know your qb is a freshman right? lol. Yikes. The further away from urban the worse he looks.

He wasn't the reason Ohio State didn't take care of business yesterday. And I was talking about Ohio State's total roster, not just the QB. His #'s: 34-49 / 394 yards / 2 TD's / no turnovers. Here's something you won't want to hear. This years Buckeye team is one of the youngest in a long time. And this was the first season season since the mid-50's Ohio State entered a season with a QB that had no game day experience.

You're such a funny homer. Before yesterday Day was something like 22-0 vs. conference teams. But yeah, Day's looked terrible since taking over for Meyer.

Homer on! It's what you do best.

One of the youngest? So you just admitted they are your high school coaches players? Yikes.

So you think every player on Ohio State's roster was recruited by Day? Wow.

Don't feel like looking this info up right now but since Day took over at Ohio State how many top recruiting classes has he put together compared to JH?

It's gonna be a long 364 days til the next round.

Now imagine that was over 3000 days. That's gotta be some serious PTSD.

I can almost forgive Michigan fans unleashing...it's like being backed up with blue balls for 18 years.

I think the majority of the players on this roster after 3 years are going to be Ryan Days. And he just got demolished by him Harbaugh. Out coaches and outplayed.

So you're now gonna only judge Day because a better, more experienced and hungrier meeeechegan team took care of business yesterday? Well coming from you that actually makes sense since you're such a homer.

And seriously you should look up where Day's recruiting classes have finished compared to JH's. You won't though because it'll clearly show you that since Day became coach he's had better recruiting classes than your idol.

You probably think Ohio State will take a big step backwards next season. If so you couldn't be more wrong.

I can say this without hesitation. There isn't a team in CFB that can match the skill position talent that OSU has on it's roster, not only the starters, but the talent on the 2 deep chart too. They are stacked.

OSU will score with anyone -- the issue for OSU right now is if they play a team who can play physical in the trenches -- they get manhandled. There are only a handful of teams who can do that, but the top two teams they faced ran the ball right down OSU's throat. The other issue is -- the best players OSU has on the DL are gone next year, so they will need players to make HUGE leaps to rectify the issues.

Offensively -- OSU won't skip a beat. They will pile up points, but defensively, they just lack the game changers Urban brought in for so many years. They are soft. They don't have an elite DE. They don't have a shut down CB. Against teams they overwhelm with talent -- they will still pummel them. But any team who can play physical with hang with them.

Personally, losing to UM saved OSU from a real embarrassing loss, because no team is as physical as Georgia and they would have given OSU a beating.

(1) I think Saban & Bama have something to say about that. Pretty sure over the past several years no school in the country has put more total players into the NFL.

I have no concerns about the offense. Yeah gonna lose some great CFB wr's. But others are waiting for their turn. And Stroud & Henderson will be even better next season. I like that Henderson bumped Clarett outta the recordbooks.

It's the D that bothers the hell outta me. Just hope some changes for the better are made for next season.

Been saying for more than a month that if Ohio State got into the playoff they would have gotten their asses kicked by Georgia. Wonder what bowl game they end up with?

Day took a more talented team, one of the 4 most talented teams in the country on paper, and lost two games this season against teams with dramatically less talent.

@Wamu just an FYI because I know you're a big numbers guy, it's been 729 days since Ohio State last beat Michigan.

Here are two example of what rankings during the season really mean. Iowa at one time was ranked 2nd in the country. Clemson started the season # 3 in the country.

Ohio State wasn't talented on D. Anyone with eyes can see that. To call them one of the best 4 teams in the country was incorrect all season long.

And you know damn well your team didn't have "dramatically less talent". You really say some odd things.

Don't forget that JH was afraid to play Ohio State last season. What a pussy.

Based on yesterday it seems like that's probably good for Ryan Day that we didn't play.

Hey @Wamu I'm trying to find when Ohio State plays this Saturday? You have any insight on when the game is?
