lol.. I'll still allow it.. But don't take a guy who covers UT personally, he's speaking to the fanbase and he's right. This is the best OL haul we've had well over a decade plus now.. and still have a 5 star waiting to announce in February.

Sure the money helps, but these guys had other places that were also offering money (especially Kelvin Banks). Flood in his first cycle did what Mack (post 2009), Chuck and Tom couldn't do.

wait you telling me this is like y'all with defensive recruits without an actual DC on staff???
 
lol OU hasn't had to buy their way to success. As you can see they haven't had much problems winning games. Maybe that's part of the culture problems at the Texas schools?

Can't speak for Texas, but A&M is on the right track. Granted it would be a lot easier if during the entire existence of the CFB playoffs we only needed to win one somewhat difficult game to be granted the 4th seed and the honor of getting exposed on national TV...but not all of us can be so lucky. :suds:

With NIL now, we'll just buy a culture.. gonna have around 37 new players on this roster next spring/summer. It's a new day.

see it's the same.. you just need to clear bama.. LSU has been shakey the past two seasons. Ole Miss, MSU, Arkansas? Who exactly have y'all played that warranted y'all having 4 losses this past season? I get it with Calzada, but he did beat Bama but lost to LSU/OM (and i blame Jimbo more than him tbh).

This was supposed to be the reincarnated wrecking crew defense. Now the timeline has been pushed back right? Now with this incoming class, next year is playing with house money, but the pressure is on for '23, '24, '25

And i'm happy cause we get to begin handing you losses on thanksgiving soon #HookEm

Anyone can overlook teams to focus on one and end up paying the piper. That's us this year. As for who else we have to play I don't think you would find any unbiased CFB fan that thinks top to bottom the Big12 is equal to the SEC.

Wiley into the portal.. Think if he finds the right offense that uses TEs, he's going to be really good. But if a school is looking for a guy who can hold his own blocking...yeah, not your best option here.

gonna be tough once Campbell joins up in February.. $9.95ers are actually saying we may have a real shot at Matthews and Arbor as well. I still don't get Arbor but looking at this roster right now, we can't turn away Edge players.. dire need of them.. thanks Tom :(
