Thee 2022 Nebraska Coach Decommit Thread

Are we done talking about the great Tuioti steal?
No, I can talk about that all day. We took one of your coaches. One of your coaches that Frost hired has decided he's done with that sinking ship and is coming to Oregon. LOL. Hell I bet he would have taken the position of equipment cleaner at Oregon instead of staying on at Nebraska where he knows the entire staff is gone next year.

Knowing that Oregon has gone the cheap route in these coaching hires, I'm guessing Nebraska didn't feel like matching the offer.
"C-ya Tony"

LOL @0regon lmfao, they are tryin to be like the 2021 Huskers.... 3-9...... wrong era moron

Frost has had a huge head start on hiring his staff to replace all the ones he fired and the guy still hasnt completed his staff. He's still hiring and now he has yet another position to hire. LOL. Dan Lanning will have his very first coaching staff completed before Frost is able to complete a handful of positions to go into his 5th year. Either no one wants to work for a coach who's out in a year or Frost thinks this is a chess game and he has all the time in the world to make a move. Maybe in August he will finally have decided on who to hire.

Hoping next year Oregon grabs Frost as their WR coach
My sources are saying that the only way Frost will be added to the staff is if he last another two years at Nebraska and then he would only be added as an analyst. To bring him in earlier would be a distraction to the A-Team and we need a few years to jell the staff in tight before allowing a know-it-all on the staff. No way he gets an on-field position because obviously, the game has passed him by.

If we add Frost in any capacity it would just be a charitable act.

A first time head coach, filling his coordinator slots with G5 buddies to share the wealth, rarely ends well.

Can’t blame the guy one bit for getting out of Nebraska. You got to figure he’s gone after this year anyway.

Plus, he’s going to the PAC and they don’t actually play real football so he’ll have less coaching to do.

Don't know much about Tuioti other then he is a very smart guy given he is getting the hell out of Nebraska and coming to the Ducks
:spit:
It’s delightful how fast your program is going to straight shit.

Just wait til after Frost goes to Oregon to teach Ducks how to catch, and Urban Meyer takes over at Nebraska....

the Boilermakers, Fighting Illini, Gophers, and Wildcats will be shaking in their boots...

the Hawkeyes and Badgers, however, will still probably own the Huskers.

:dhd:

Neb had worse run defense less sacks than Oregon did last year
Yeah this is a worse brag than normal for OD.

We stole your coach!!!! Off a subpar team.

If you are using a 3-9 Nebraska as the bar to make you feel better about your 9-3 team, you are desperate.
how did you get that off what i said?
i was telling OD to calm down over this because right now it looks like a trash hire.
so far I havent been overly impressed with any of the hires Lanning is making

Yeah program heading that direction doesn’t have coaches leaving their current gig to go to Oregon. We’ve taken coaches from FSU, Baylor and Nebraska. Coaches are wanting to come coach with Lanning.
