I've seen a few different schools do this. I think it is interesting as a novelty, sort of like flashing the lights. But that's only interesting to an old fart like me that remembers how long it took to warm up the old lights.
 
yeah they have.. UT tailored there's after those.. They installed like a gazillion burnt orange LED lights. They'll show them off vs Bama next September
Stadiums should install millions of Hue lights and then for every home game auction off the ability for one lucky winner to control the lights during halftime.

Remember to controversy a couple years ago when Ohio State played Jump Around while playing Wisconsin in Columbus? Wisky fans were salty over OSU mocking Wisconsin’s time honored tradition
