Looks like the Bears are hiring Jim Caldwell.

Just make the dam Bears D great again and find Rex Grossman. Dam It’s not rocket science

I'm starting to not have any fucks to give. They tried to emulate KC with Nagy. It was an abject failure. They are now trying to emulate KC again with the GM hire.

We'll see I guess, but this feels almost identical to 2015, when they hired Ryan Pace as GM and John Fox as coach.

Caldwell
Packers OC (eww)
Colts OC

Apparently those are the finalists.

Should we go ahead and make a "Can we take a minute to LOL at Caldwell" thread?

All the "experts" talking up the Poles hire like it was a great move? :noidea:

I seriously dont fucking care anymore. I have been Bears fan all my life, but I cant care more than the shitty ownership. I get that genetically they are descendants of Hallas, but they are clueless to football in every way. They only care about making a profit, and as long as Bears fans continue to buy their shit, they will never change.

It’s the next hire that will matter.

Looking back, Caldwell did a real nice job and then got jobbed.

Couldn’t motivate me to take a nap, but he can coach.
Coached Peyton during his formative years, got Flacco to be a Super Bowl MVP and got the Lions to the playoffs.

Guy at the least is an offensive mind with a team who could use one with Fields. Maybe he's more of an OC than HC but can see the benefit.

They'd be lucky to get any of these coaches.

The Packers look like a bottom 5 team without Rodgers behind C.

The Colts O? What stands out there? Great RB and what else?

Caldwell had Megatron, Suh and the no.2 defense and still couldn’t win.

You sound like Lions fan now.
