Too many coaches seem to think hanging onto them until the end when you control the clock is more important than stopping the clock when the other team wants it to run. It makes zero sense.
 
LA goes ahead by 3, but still lotsa time left.

Yep. Have to use there. Could’ve gotten ball back with having the 2 minute warning to use as an offensive TO

They could have likely burnt those two timeouts before the 2 mins and the 2 min would have back them up on 4th down. They would have :14 extra. That can matter as we’ve seen.
