This dude was mediocre and Average at best in 2018 and ever since that point has been Nothing but all time elite.

I can’t think of anyone who improved that much in a short span.

Having a decent line and Chase will help your production.

Gotta give credit to the UCF dude that cheap shotted him in the 2018 season bowl game. It was like a switched was flipped on after that.

It’s like that hit pissed him off and he decided he was done taking shit from other teams

That's what SEC coaching will do for ya. :suds:

Did he have an off-season QB specialty coach or something? Or was this all coached from Joe Brady and the rest of the LSU offensive coaches?

It’s not nearly the same level, but 2021 Stetson Bennett was significantly better than 2020 Stetson Bennett. He’s coming back for a 6th season, so hopefully it continues

Missed a golden opportunity to get an NFL job. He's only going to hurt himself, draftwise, playing another season.

But he gets to be BMOC on more year instead of going ahead and slipping into anonymity, so I get it.

Tannehill failed at qB and then became a receiver first at A&M, right? didn't he get much better?

He was never gonna be drafted or even get an UDFA deal and an invite to an NFL camp. He doesn’t have a future in the NFL. If he has a future in football after his college playing days are done, it will be in coaching.

Though I think too much is made of his size. He looked taller than Bryce Young when they were shaking hands

He was a WR at first at A&M and a couple of years a QB.

I'm not saying kids can't get better. I'm saying I don't see much upside from Stetson. His iron is as hot as it will ever be right now.

I think he gets drafted. To me he gets a deal similar to Ehlinger. drafted in 4th to 5th and career backup.

no..wasn't comparing him to Stetson. and i updated my post.

I meant as far as someone who improved... I think Tannehill lost the QB competition became a receiver then worked his tail off to get the QB job
