Michigan opens up the NIL money cannon

I would get in on this publicly funded NIL stuff if they create some sort of NFT awards that could go up if the players perform well. But just giving money away? Fuck that.

Could be, they have the resources. But at least Stanford is notorious for not using them. USC on the other hand, watch out. Private institution as well so no FOIA concerns.
 
so its like tinder for boosters and businesses? search through the athletes til you find one you want to meet and if they pick you too its a match?

As I understand it, depends on the state law. If not state law, there is nothing against it. Most states that have a state law are asking their legislatures to change said law to allow the schools to have a more direct impact on this. You can thank ATM for this!

Think how much money this is going to free up for the schools now. No longer is untraceable money having to be funneled through the school and into the players pockets. now the money can remain with the educational side of the house!
