He won't even need to bring any. It's readily available. There's a pipeline down I-80 from Colorado.

Voters will eventually win the battle when the fuddy duddy's in the legislature have no more I's to dot and T's to cross in shutting down the will of the people.

They are on ballot initiatives. Voters have already passed them, but they've been shot down in the supreme court based solely on crossing I's and dotting T's type shit.
Correct those issues and get it on the next ballot.
We went through the same thing on casino gambling. The supreme court kept tossing the will of the people on minor legalese. They finally ran out of reasons to shoot it down.

As I've said there's no need to give opponents ammo on the issue. Keep it on the lowdown.
