In Newport County, RI = $3.08 - $3.55

In the City of Newport = $3.44 - $3.55. But this is a "tourist town", so it's generally higher anyway. One has to go a couple of miles north of Newport to get the lower prices.

It's come down a few cents in my county since Dec. 8th... Kinda surprised since there is likely to be a lot of traveling this week.
