Nope when you injected yourself into the topic about my Ranch style house you suggested a 2 story house (3 levels) being lowered to 1 story is the same as my ranch style house that has 1 story and 1 level to the basement (2 levels for those who cant count)

all houses in my neighborhood have a basement, context of the convo ya boob, therefore when you say a 2 story house being lowered it is a house with 3 levels.
