I need to put in a raised flower bed by the house. Dogs have dug out most of the dirt over the years. Probably find a few bones in there.

I want to get my beds edged out at least before they put the yard in
 
Actually it's still really really early for me to even consider planting anything. I think my main gripe with more snow is having to clean the garage floor again

sounds like now you don't have to worry about picking up the kids from day care or the party, congrats.
 
Don't know why my yard is the yard of choice for the dog 2 doors down to come shit in when he gets out. Bad enough when the feral cats do their business. Reminds me that I want to put chicken wire in the hosta beds out front. We have a bird feeder that apparently doubles as a cat feeder, as the cats will hide inside the hostas and snag a bird.
