Pi Day Morning

Had jobs going in IL and MO

again, I’m not sure when this interaction with this employee was but he was probably right. Both of those states require PAID time off.

the first one is MO. The second one is IL.

It says "period of 2 hours" for IL and 3 for MO. We worked 7-3. Polls close at 7. Also the IL law is dated 2015. I retired in 2013.

gotcha

I think they look good...but I think I like having an open bed better.

I might need to get something like this though so I can bring my yak places...

I don't like the cab roof rack look

I've got a Thule roof rack for skis and a hitch rack for bikes and I like them pretty well.

I think I'm just going to get some of those foam pads for transporting kayaks. The Cuyahoga River and National Park are only a couple miles away, so I don't think I need a special rack for them.

I have that too...and likely will go with the pad(s) and my bed extender

My old man made his own bed extenders. Those were some heavy sumbitches.
using my bed and the extender worked well for my shorter yak...but my new one is longer and too much hangs off the back

The second picture looks very odd. Almost as if someone wanted to stuff a bunch of ground beef in there instead of actual kayaking

Who are you and what have you done with the real @SlinkyRedfoot ????

I've had soft fold up bed covers, hard fiberglass bed covers, and camper shells. Camper shell works best for me and is what I have now. Fit lots of stuff in there and keep it dry and locked up.

some of my buddies had those soft covers. They seemed to tear a lot.

part of me is a fan of the toneaux covers...but another part isn't....like it would be nice to cover what is in my bed SOMETIMES but more often than not...I don't need to

I've got the soft roll up cover. I was a little nervous about it at first, wondering how it would hold up over time. But its been two years and still in great condition.
