Vacation destinations...

We have done Disneyland 6 times since like 2016, and just got back from our first trip to Disneyworld, and I am fucking done with Disney.

The kids handled the flying to Orlando very well, and I just think it's time for something different.

You know, where I don't have to walk 25K steps a day, and be in a crowd of a zillion cunts.
Have your received some sort of reward?

My God…

Took our niece to Universal, for one day. And I made her cry at Downtown Disney they next day.

“Just fucking tell me what you want.”

Slaps down wallet on bench.

“I can’t fucking do this anymore.”

The Harry Potter shit was cool, not gonna lie.

would you rather go somewhere new and explore or go somewhere that you consider a "happy place" where you have been a few times, know what you like there, and are comfortable?

The Virgin Islands is a must.

Took a trip to French Polynesia a few years back. Tahiti is meh. But then again, I was living on an island before I went, so that probably made it less appealing.

@Bamagrad75 goes all over the place. She can give you some good travel advice.

Over water villas with private infinity pool are great.

Daughter and I spend the bulk of our traveling in the water locations, so I can speak more to dive/snorkel locations and liveaboards

We did Dubai/Maldives and Roatan, Honduras in 2020. We did Egypt in 2021 from Red Sea to Gulf of Arabia. I've done several land tours there, absolutely outstanding. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

In 2022 we are doing a liveaboard in Raja Ampat Indonesia plus several locations in Bali via Singapore. In 2023 we are headed back thru Singapore to Bali to Sulawesi locations.

I've done a number of Pacific locations (water based), a number of European and some Mideast locations (land based).

Where ya want to go?

We are going to Acadia NP in Maine next September. Gonna hit Boston, finger lakes NY area, green mountains, white mountains, Vermont and New Hampshire.
Lots of fishing, a few Phish shows, and lots of wrestling.

I went to Acadia last summer and going back to Deer Isle again this summer for a wedding...might go back to Acadia to do the Beehive or something.

Portland, ME was nice, but it's apparently a foodie spot so getting a table for a decent meal was a challenge.

I have not done the Finger Lakes but it looks like a good time

So you'll be hanging out with @Rex Racer? Have fun you two!

You can hang out with @Rex Racer while you’re there. Any Jason’s Deli’s in NH?

Pretty sure there’s only two vacation destinations that are recognized around here. Panama City Beach and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

I go bird hunting in South Dakota

Ive managed to avoid Disney. Never got it. Always looked like work to me. Not a vacation.
