Doubt many know the names of the kids transferring, but I'll try to list the counts for schools someone here may care about. If you want me to look for a school just tell me which one.

So far:
Arkansas - 1 Tucker Holland Fr P
Auburn - 1 Ben Bosse Sr P
Georgia - 1 Lukas Farris Jr IF
Michigan St - 3 (all pitchers, one each of Jr, Sr, Grad)
Miss St - 1 Will Passeau Jr P
Missouri - 1 Thomas Curry Fr DH
Nebraska - 1 Kyle Froehlich Sr P
Ohio St - 1 Max Palinski Fr OF
Oregon - 1 Dylan McShane So P
Penn St - 1 Will Perkowski Fr P
SCar - 2 Ricky Williams and Tyler Dean, both Jr P

Louisana Lafayette has the most so far it looks with 5 transfers out (four Juniors and one Sophomore).

Texas teams with players in the portal already:

Rice - 1 Eric Correa Fr RF
SFA - 1 Brock Knoerr So 3B
UTSA - 1 Ulises Quiroga Sr P

12/6 portal entries:

Arkansas - Jack Smith Fr P
LSU - Trenton Lape Fr P
TCU - Zach Wadas Fr 1B
Missouri - Victor Quinn Jr P

Lots of kids from smaller schools as well, but too lazy for that stuff.

Now we have the Pavia ruling which is going to impact baseball a LOT more than football. Not a lot of JUCO kids that then transfer to D1for football that I can think of, but it happens a ton in baseball. Unless you are a 1st or 2nd round MLB talent, there shouldn't be any freshmen that expect to make a D1 team.
