4-team playoff since 2000

If 4-team playoff had existed prior to 2014, how would it have been. Here is what I have come up with in order from 1-4 seeds.

2000: Oklahoma, Florida State, Washington, Miami
2001: Miami, Nebraska, Oregon, Tennessee
2002: Miami, Ohio State, Georgia, USC
2003: USC, Oklahoma, LSU, Michigan
2004: USC, Oklahoma, Auburn, Utah
2005: Texas, USC, Penn State, Ohio State
2006: Ohio State, Florida, Michigan, LSU
2007: Ohio State, LSU, Georgia, Oklahoma
2008: Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, USC
2009: Alabama, Texas, Cincinnati, Florida
2010: Auburn, Oregon, Wisconsin, TCU
2011: Alabama, LSU, Oklahoma State, Stanford
2012: Notre Dame, Alabama, Ohio State, Florida
2013: Florida State, Auburn, Michigan State, Alabama

This is how I think it would have turned out. 2009/2010 are interesting because there were several G5 prospects (notably TCU who was MWC back then).
 
Once the 12 team playoff gets goin James Franklin is going to look like a decent coach once again.

Man, if these are even close to being correct, I am a fan. A lot of different teams in there.

Texas (10-2) lost to Colorado (10-2) in the Big 12 CCG
Tennessee (10-2) lost to LSU (9-3) in the SEC CCG
Colorado pasted Nebraska (11-1)

Miami (11-0), Oregon (10-1), Illinois (10-1), Maryland (10-1), in the CFP.

No thanks. I don't want to be in the playoff if we lose to Ohio State.

Actually, I think your 2001 lineup maybe more correct.

I think Colorado would get in over Texas.

All of these LSU over Tennessee CFB proponents may want to pay attention because 2001 is a great example. Colorado beat both Nebraska and Texas but Nebraska still went to the BCS title game.
 
02 likely would've been Iowa over USC as Iowa was 3rd in both final polls as compared to USC being 5th and Iowa was 11-1 B10 co- champs comped to USC at 10-2

Obviously USC was the better team by year end but it's doubtful they'd have jumped Iowa on the committee rankings with 2 losses and Iowa being 8-0 in the B10

Ohio St had played a Kick-off Classic against Texas Tech to get to that 13th win.
Georgia won the SEC CCG to get to 13 games overall.

Iowa and Ohio St did not play.

USC had 2 losses. One to Kansas St, the other to Washington St.

Tennessee was ranked #8 after they lost to LSU in the SEC CG in 2001. No way they're getting into a playoff that year. Colorado or Florida would have been the fourth team.

Yeah, I think for 2001 and 2002, I went off Final Rankings and not the setup prior to title. I did a better job with the other weeks.
