Drama about a Russian aristocrat (Ewan McGregor) that gets a life sentence to be spent confined in the finest hotel in Moscow.

I'm a few episodes in. Pretty good to pass the time but I like historical fiction anyway. Lots of post Tsar Russia political stuff going on peripherally.
 
I have been watching it.
I like it, but was a little slow.

This last episode was great though, where the woman drops off her daughter.

I heard they will be making a season 2.
I hope so.

Seems to be coming together better now that some characters have been established.
 
Season Finale tonight.

Sad and happy at the same time.
Not sure how they work a season 2 into it.

I'd give it a solid B+ rating.

I did 2 days ago. It was worth a watch. I liked how Soviet history was unfolding in the background.

B+ sounds about right.
