Swim with manatees?

Yeah it’s unbelievably cool. They are only around in the Winter because Crystal River has a ton of underwater hot springs and they need them to regulate their temperature in the winter months. Other times of the year they spread out and aren’t dependent on the springs.

However those hot springs attract an amazing amount of fish and it’s well worth makings trip to snorkel at Crystal River.
