My summer western road trip this year takes me to Alaska to get some photos of Denali. Almost four days from Montana. Much road work on the Alaska highway because of the ground shifting. Hope to get more photos as the clouds and rain clear.

How were accommodations along the way?
Killer Bigfoot country. Be careful.
Halt dozen black bears but no Bigfoot.
Weather cleared this morning amazingly, showing the mountain at its best.
I’ve been camping out in my SUV. Hate motels. They’re there if you want them.
Price is gas is high thru Canada, usually $1.80/L or more. One place got me for $2.39/L before I stopped pumping. Alaska is around $4.09/g.
Finally, saw a grizzly the other day near Whitehorse. Camera wasn’t ready. Reached Fort Nelson after 1,400 miles in 3 days. All downhill from here.

Yeah, my real photos are taken with my Canon 30 mp.
Halfway thru Minnesota and now 4,000 miles from Denali. Quite a trip.
