5:50 pm is when Metro finally made it to the hospital. So it probably happened at least 12 to 14 hours before hand.
 
If you want to avoid being a victim or a perpetrator, stay away from nightclubs after midnight.

I would imagine the "victim" knew they were in for a payday. If the hospital calls the police about an assault, the "victim" will usually not be released until the police arrive and take a statement. I think its more about the law suit, than the injuries, but if they contacted a lawyer, it would make more sense. Either that, or the ass whoopin was substantial. Who know for sure?

I figure any minute now video of it will start to make the rounds. You don't have an NFL player whoop someones ass like that in a club and not get 47 different cell phone videos.

Sounds like the "victim" was beaten unconscious and then stomped on quite a bit more.
