Yeah he has been a shit owner, and that's from a Rangers fan! Moreno must be bipolar because he runs the team like he is. One minute he wants a youth movement, then turns around and buys CJ + Josh + Pujols and lets them languish. Then goes for youth, but wait Ohtani appears. Now I'm sure they will be in tank mode again. They should trade Ohtani and Trout to teams that can get those two a ring and at the same time replenish their farm system to top 3 status. Hell, send them to the Dodgers for their top 6 prospects. Dodgers would do that in a nanosecond and LAA has a top farm system.
