Cal
The last 6 games of the season are Notre Dame, Utah, Cal, Washington, Oregon and UCLA.
So, a run of 5 teams, 4 who will almost certainly be ranked and our cross town rival who may also be ranked with Cal wedged in between Utah and Washington.
I could see them overlooking Cal because of that.
Cal was 4-8 last year, but 5 of their losses were by 7 points or less. Apparently there is some "quiet optimism" that they could turn a corner and possibly be bowl eligible this year.
Hell, I could almost see them going 5-1 through that stretch with the loss being to Cal. lol
