Can't argue with this ranking. Just hope Texas stays #1 until the RRSO. I've seen the underdog win too many of those games to know anyone has that game in the bag.

I would agree with Michigan not being ranked. We should earn it or shut up and get better.

Feeling a lot like 2017, though I'd take the 2017 defense over this unit. I think this defense is still a good unit, but there's a noticeable lack of depth (Sabb transferring and the Moore injury really hurt this secondary, the DL behind the starters) and there's been some mental mistakes (look at the penalties against Ark St). I do think this team can have a better running game and while QB is a major question mark, it's *probably* better than O'Korn... but that's not a very high bar.

They really need to change something on offense, because throwing with that OL and Warren isn't working. I'm all for switching to Orji and switching to a run heavier offense (single wing, or any kind of backfield with him and both Mullings/Edwards), but it wouldn't be ideal trying to implement that against USC.
