Not at all. Biggest issue here, soil wise is clay, or caliche. Expansive soil, that is very difficult, and expensive to dig through. There are places wehere the underground "river" runs through the valley, but only in certain places.
My uncle and cousin are Iron workers. They have been in in and out there there over the years, reinforcing the other three corners, to hold up the corner that is sinking. There are windows popping out of the rooms, and there are several rooms, and even a couple complete floors that can no longer be rented out. Water just runs into the rooms through the windows when it rains.
