Morning gang

Dominican was fun, our resort was pretty nice. Lot of time at ocean, some at pool, went whale watching, good times.

Back to the grind
 
Went to matinee hockey game with grandson yesterday…they blanked the ‘Allen Americans’ 5-0. We roamed the concourse during intermissions looking for single ladies.

morning

booked a longish weekend to Cancun...flying out 2/15, back on 2/19. Need a quick something before I go on 12-hr shifts and don't see my wife for a month.
 
Halfway through the wrestling season. Grand placed 1st yesterday and his win gave us the team title by 1pt. He beat the kid from the 2nd place team in the finals by tech fall. Allowed us to 4peat at that tournament.

Morning. Dishwasher repair put a crimp in my plans to finish putting our Christmas decorations away, but it's good to have the machine working again.

The decorations are down, it just isn't in the attic where they're stored for the rest of the year. A lot of the outdoor stuff is in the garage, there's a couple other boxes that are packed up and just need to go in the attic. Getting into the attic involves getting a ladder since I just have a slide panel with no fold down ladder.
 
when we left we told the house sitter to help herself to items in pantry/fridge/freezer...we've told every house sitter that and this is the first to take us up on the offer, at least in a noticeable way

she ate several of Mrs Pnk's snacks, nearly half gallon of ice cream, and 6-8 dr pepper zeroes

we're not upset in the least, we did offer, but just surprised. Mrs Pnk "You'd think she at least leave me a mini kit kat or two"

the girl we get to stay with the dog when we go away NEVER eats anything we leave for her...

and she takes out the trash at the end of her stay, which we find weird.
