I eat bacon, sausage and eggs for breakfast EVERY day.

Since I've had 2 heart attacks 10 years apart and had to have a quadruple bypass, I probably shouldn't be eating that...EVERY day...but I can't stop...won't stop!

My grandmother would eat 1 poached egg, 2 pieces of bacon, 1 piece of toast, and half a grapefruit every morning for breakfast.

In the early 60s (when she was 50 y/o), her doctor told her to 'Cut out the bacon or it was going to kill her'.

She passed in 2003 at the age of 94 (i.e. another 43 years).

She had a great sense of humor and in her elder years she once told me.... "When you give the eulogy at my funeral, be sure to tell everyone it was the bacon that got me."

I did just that and the entire congregation busted out laughing.

I quit dipping snuff for nearly 5 years then fell off the wagon while on baby watch. I need to quit that again

My lack of sleep will probably kill me one day. If I get 3 hours in a night, I’m doing good. Really hard for me to fall asleep and a very light sleeper. I lay down at midnight, struggle to fall asleep and then get up at 4 to hit the gym before work

Most say I drink too much, but I disagree and I have no desire to stop

I never had an appreciation for a good night's sleep until my twins were born. One of the greatest days in my life was when they started drinking whole milk and they started sleeping better.

Been that way my whole life. Once in a blue moon I’ll fall asleep before midnight and sleep until my alarm goes off, but it’s very rare
