Outside looking in (on TV that is) Iowa does always seem to have that feel about it imo.

It's probably Iowa, Penn State is a tougher place to win because Penn State is consistently better, but in terms of what team actually gets a bigger boost by playing at home at night...it seems like Iowa.

It's probably Iowa, Penn State is a tougher place to win because Penn State is consistently better, but in terms of what team actually gets a bigger boost by playing at home at night...it seems like Iowa.
