Me,myself,Id of kept it and left for home.....

To hell with giving it back,as much as the players are paid and what you spend to go to a game, its time to get some of that back.....So for me,auctioning it off would have been my choice.....

I auction it off to charity to provide a better future for homeless and orphans in Lincoln Nebraska. Those bastards only take them to shitty football games and give them a hotdog like once a month.

My reaction would have been:
Here's my card. Call me. We'll talk.

That dude was so dumb. There was an opportunity that was seriously lost there.

Thats a winning lottery ticket.....

So the guy hat gave the ball back,,gets a game used ball and a 1000$ in the Bucs Pro shop.....?

Thats blaspemy.....Id of done the same, heres my number, have Tom call me hisself if he wants it back.....

The bastard tasked with negotiating the release of the ball in the end parted with another game ball (unspecified) and a $1000 gift card to be used in the Tampa stadium team store. Considering how overpriced the crap in the store is, the kid was pretty generous. The ball is probably worth $15k at least.

I heard on one of the talk shows this morning that it was valued at 500k by a top auction house.....

Im sure the fan who gave it up is getting razzed by family and friends.....and deservedly so if you ask me....

Id of kept it and told them to talk to Mike Evans on hes getting it back.....

To hell with these athletes, they make money of of us,about time we do the same....

For real. And since I'm such a YUGE TB fan ( :rolleyes2: ) I'd use this as my opportunity to make him do something so idiotic. I'd be like, "Tell Tommy he has to take my gay uncle to a prom, needs to sell cupcakes at my niece's bake sale, my windows need washing and my grandparents need a pool boy for next summer. Then venmo me half a mill and we cool. No? Then guess what - it's gonna be Deflate Gate allllll over again!"

Brady should’ve paid him a 5-min visit, I thought. “Hey kid, here’s uh, Leonard Fournette’s TD ball and you can use this card to buy a Buccs-themed throw blanket!”

Youre right,if it neant so much to Tom,he shouldve adked for it himsekf and gave the guy a handshake, instead of whoever the guy was.....

I'd keep it, brag about it and then sell it. He could buy it from me, though.

Here is what the fan got:

The Buccaneers reportedly gifted the fan a signed jersey and a helmet from Brady, an autographed Mike Evans jersey and the WR’s game cleats, a $1,000 credit for the team store and two passes for the rest of the 2021 season and next season, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Brady also sweetened the deal by giving the fan a bitcoin, worth about $63,000, the QB revealed on the "Monday Night Football" Manningcast.

If he can actually figure out how to cash in the bitcoin then he did pretty well.

Mike Evans gives away 602........lol I just cant believe he himself would not hold on to that ball....

Atleast the fan keeps this ball.......I wonder if they will cash in on this one....
