Is this the guy who committed to Texas, then changed to USC, then changed to Tennessee?

Not sure, he went to USC, transferred to Texas but apparently never played in a game and was there only a couple of weeks, and then transferred back to USC. That is why his transfer to Tennessee is an issue because by the rules he has to sit out a year without a waiver due to Texas transfer.

Something has to be going on with the guy if he has went from USC to Texas to USC to Tennessee. I remember he was a big recruit, but it was like in 2018 or 2019. Has he played? I haven't heard anything about him.

Yeah he was a 5-star. There was some domestic issues with him and his girlfriend. (I think both got charged). This was one of the main reason behind him transferring away from USC.

Not sure about the first transfer, I just know his story for why he came to Tennessee. Did not keep up with him prior to that.
