I go into the office once every few weeks now to do archiving and make sure the computer shit is updated and stuff. Today I thought, screw it, I’m not putting on a collar shirt and long pants and walked in dressed in Red Sox cap, Cape Cod hoodie, cargo shorts and docksiders ... and of course, the boss was there ...
She looks me up and down and said “nice tan” ... I had to respond (for some reason) and said “thanks, I think I’m goin’ feral.”
She didn’t laugh ...
But it made me think ... once a guy goes back ... I mean like, waaaay back ... can he come back?
I mean, I had to think which floor button to hit on the elevator ...
